Remember that the extension must be covered with an anti-retardant layer and since the columns in campsites or rest areas are not always nearby, I would say that at least 30 meters in length may be enough.
Even a water pipe must always be placed inside the locker , first you will have the possibility to fill your tanks even with more distant fountains, without going back and forth with the watering can and second you will have a pipe used only by you.
